Shipping & Fees

UPS ground is the only available option for shipping at this time. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for arrival. In some cases, artwork may arrive as quickly as 2 weeks, but can take longer depending on time of year and current inventory. Packaging and shipping your matted print is free to most locations within the United States. (There may be a fee to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.) For shipping cost to Alaska and Hawaii, please send an email with the mailing address. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns & Refunds

Limited-Edition artwork cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Please take care in selecting your preferred print and get in touch if you have questions about the print process, paper, mat, or nuances of paper or mat tone.

Print or mat replacement options are available only if damaged in shipping, and only after the artwork has been returned.

If artwork has been damaged in shipping, buyers must contact me within 5 days of receiving it. If your print and/or mat has been damaged in shipping, send an email with your name, mailing address, and description of damage. You will be asked to email a photo showing damage after our initial email. Depending on the need, the mat, the print, or both can be returned for a replacement. A shipping label will be provided to you.
